Belinda Yarbrough, CEO established the business in 1992 as partner of Yarbrough & Murphy 'A Tax Firm' located in the Los Angeles Crenshaw community for 5 years. The partners relocated to Westchester Ca in 1997.

Her passion was to provide quality services to the community by assisting those lacking tax knowledge and or monies to pay for types of services offered. The impact led Belinda to follow her spirit, the partnership was broken, and back to the community she went opening Yarbrough's Tax & Consulting Firm as a sole propietorship.

Her love & committment to the community was proven by seminars,toy drives, charity functions for disabled children, she picked up & delivered for the elderly, & gave client appreciation parties for clients to connect on a yearly basis.

Due to this she received numerous acclamations, awards, & soon hit the newspapers. With the success she had an opportunity to move north to Wilshire blvd & became a Corporation taking her clients to the next level with her. As she values the loyalty she continues to offer her services at nearly the same rates although, her cost tremendously increased.  Continuously working for these clients & throughout the U.S. she's holding down over 500 clients & has stood by each individual in a professional, yet personal manner.

In 2011 she made her final move to the Howard Hughes Center. In making this decision she purely kept her clients in mind by professionally researching a convienent location, featuring a professional front office staff, a hi-tech conference room, an upscale lounge serving coffee,tea, & snacks and low price parking vs. $13.00 parking for an office visit on wilshire. The Yarbrough difference is evident.

Belinda continues to provide the best in her 23rd year by launching new services, new expertise and planning to bring in qualified professionals, while streamlining a tax preparing system you can't beat. Fees continue to stay lower than the majority of firms, while the quality of service continues to grow. Our goal remains the same "Maximize your Refund & Stop Overpaying Taxes Legally"
